Vanilla Espresso Martini


  • 2 oz. Ketel One Vodka
  • 1 oz. Café Borghetti
  • 0.5 oz. Monin Vanilla Spice Syrup
  • 2 dashes Chocolate Bitters
  • Chocolate Lady Finger on rim


  • Stir all ingredients with ice, strain into glass

Mocha Honey Old Fashioned


  • 2 oz. Jack Daniels Tennessee Honey Whiskey
  • 0.25 oz. Kahlua
  • 0.5 oz. Monin Agave Syrup
  • 2 dashes Chocolate Bitters
  • Black Cherry & Orange Twist


  • Stir all ingredients with ice, strain over fresh ice

Spiced Gingerbread Iced Latte


  • .5 oz Monin Gingerbread Syrup
  • .5 oz Monin Cinnamon Syrup
  • 2 Shots Espresso
  • 4 oz. Milk
  • Whipped Cream, Cinnamon Sprinkle, Gingerbread Cookie


  • Tumble with ice

Gingerbread Sour


  • 0.75 oz. Apple-pear Barmalade 
  • 1 oz. Seedlip Spice 94
  • 0.5 oz. Monin Peach
  • 0.25 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 3 dashes Cardamom Bitters
  • 1 Egg White
  • 2 oz. Ginger Beer


  • Combine all ingredients, except Ginger Beer.
  • Add ice and shake vigorously.
  • Pour over fresh ice in a tall glass.
  • Top with Ginger Beer.
  • garnish with dehydrated apple slice.
