An elegant interactive culinarian experience prepared by our talented team is just one of many festive highlights. Dance the night away with big ray and the kool kats, a late-night snack station and cash bar. We’ll have plenty of delicious bites to keep you going, and an open bar with select beers, wines and liquor.

New Year’s Eve Family Celebration R | $
Families will love this fun-filled extravaganza with a balloonist, lots of fun activities and even an LED robot! DJ Brian will be spinning the tunes again this year keeping everyone out on the dance floor! Enjoy an abundant array of culinary delights and action stations guaranteed to please a variety of palates.

A Sparkling Celebration R | $
Raise a glass to 2024 with an exquisite dinner in the American Audubon Dining Room. Savor the incredible flavor profiles as each of the five courses is thoughtfully paired with wine selected by sommelier Quynh Cohen. Throughout the evening, a talented quartet will provide music for dancing.

The Roaring 20s are back and better than ever. This grand celebration, featuring Step Back Into the 20s, is the perfect way to ring in the new year. This speakeasy themed blow out features champagne towers, casino games, a dessert and gourmet coffee cordial bar, cigars on the patio and even a magician!

New Years Day Brunch R | $
Welcome the New Year with your family around a table overflowing with holiday cheer! Indulge in a wonderland of festive flavors. This buffet is a gift to your taste buds, promising a day of merriment and unforgettable memories.

Culinary Experiences

Sommelier Wine Tasting Series R | $
Champagne, Prosecco, Cava… Everyone has probably tried those types of wine but let’s dig into the wine laws and wine making process that allows the wine makers to name bottles with those appellations. Every day is an opportunity to celebrate, and there’s nothing better than bubbles to go with it!

Must be 21 or older to participate. $75 per person.

Bourbon Tasting R | $
Treat your palate to a tasting of The Homestead’s exquisite bourbon collection, which includes Angel’s Envy, Blanton’s, Knob Creek and Maker’s Mark. Each barrel was selected exclusively for our resort. As a special gift, each guest will receive a custom Glencairn glass.

Arts and Crafts

Sip and Paint R | $
Adults will paint a canvas piece while enjoying delectable wines in this relaxing and creative class. All skill levels are welcome. Guests under 21 may participate. Recommended for ages 15 and up.

$60 with wine | $45 painting only.

Needle Felting R | $
Transform fluffy wool into whimsical decorations in this enchanting needle felting workshop! Guided instructor Amie Durrman, you’ll master the art of shaping colorful fibers with a special barbed needle, bringing your festive visions to life.

Ages 12 and older. $25 per participant.

Just for Kids

Young Wizard Workshop (AGE 9+) R | $
Student wizards will learn a challenging three-phase rope trick to amuse their friends and family. John Slicer’s close-up wizardry has astonished audiences across the country, and he will bring a bit of that talent into the hands of his young guests by taking them behind the curtain to make some magic themselves.

Children's Painting class R | $
This fun and creative class is specially designed for our youngest guests. All skill levels welcome. Play clothes are recommended. Children must be 5 years or older, and ages 5 to 8 must be accompanied by an adult.

Family Fun

Super Fun Family Magic R | $
An all-ages, audience participatory mash up of John Slicer’s nightclub act and kid show. Slicer’s sophisticated wizardry and wit combine to create an audience-pleasing show that’s ideal for audiences of all ages. The show is highly interactive, engaging several audience members, leaving everyone overflowing with laughter, energy, and astonishment.

12 days of Christmas Social
Join us for our newest holiday tradition! We’ve added a special Homestead twist to the classic 12 Days of Christmas and invite you to sing along as we celebrate the season. Enjoy festive treats and your favorite Christmas carols.

Cookie Decorating R | $
Decorate festive cookies with brightly colored icing and fun candies. The best part is that the final masterpiece is entirely edible!

$30 per kit, including a glass of bubbly for parents.

Holiday Karaoke
The whole family can show off their singing skills at this always entertaining activity.

Ice Skating at Allegheny Springs $
Lace up your skates and glide around our outdoor ice skating rink surrounded by holiday lights and gorgeous scenery.

Homestead Holiday S’mores Express R | $
Board our tractor-driven wagon for a trip through our wooded trails to the Equestrian Center for s’mores. Children 12 years and under must be accompanied by an adult.

$29 per adult, $25 children 15 & under.

Private S’mores Express rides are also available.

Waterfall Wellness Walk R | $
Give your holidays a healthy boost with our 2.8 mile Waterfall Wellness Walk. This guided hike crosses 12 waterfalls providing benefits such as improved mood and mental health, increased energy and better respiration.

Gather ‘round, family! It’s time for a night of laughter, friendly competition, and sweet prizes with bingo. Every winner gets to choose a treasure from our prize pile of games, goodies, and maybe even a surprise family outing!

Enjoy an afternoon or an evening at the movies in Theater 1923. This recently renovated gem boasts plush seating with snacks, popcorn, cocktails and more available for purchase.
