Important information for our resort guests

Deposit & Incidental Information
A deposit of the first night’s room/package rate, daily resort charge and tax will be taken at the time your reservation is made. This deposit is fully refundable up to 72 hours prior to your arrival.The use of a debit or credit card will initiate, at the time of check-in, an immediate deduction from your bank account for your room rate, inclusive of tax, for all room nights plus $150 per night for incidentals. Upon check-out, any unused funds will be credited back to your account. Based upon the business rules of your bank, it may take 72 hours or longer for your bank to process this back to your account.
Daily Resort Charge
Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa reservations will be subject to a $42 daily resort charge. The daily resort charge includes:
- Premier In-Room Wi-Fi
- Credit card and local telephone calls
- Fitness center and steam room access
- In-room coffee & tea
- Self-parking
- Access to the game room
- Access to the indoor pool and golf bag handling/storage
Dining and Recreation Reservations
Advanced reservations and appointments are encouraged for all recreation and evening dining to ensure preferred times.

Early check-in Policy
Check-in begins at 4 PM If you arrive prior to 4 PM, you may check your luggage with the Bell Desk and enjoy our restaurants, resort shops and indoor pool until your room becomes available.
Early Departure Policy
Your deposit will be forfeited should you check out prior to your scheduled departure date. If booked with a minimum night requirement or as a holiday package, you will be charged the full length of your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 72 hours will be charged one night's room rate, daily resort charge and applicable taxes. Should you need to change or cancel your reservation, please have the confirmation number or the credit card number used to reserve the room available when calling. An advanced deposit of one night plus tax is due at time of booking.
Good Night's Rest Policy
To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests, the resort enforces a Good Night’s Rest Policy in our guest rooms. Only registered guests are permitted to enter guest room elevators or guest rooms after 10 PM. All guests staying in a room must be registered at check-in. If a disturbance is created as a result of a party or noise from a guest room, all unregistered guests in the room will be asked to leave and the room will be charged for any inconveniences to neighbor guest rooms. These guidelines are in place to ensure every guest enjoys a peaceful and pleasant stay at our resort.
NON-SMOKING POLICY
Guest rooms are 100% smoke-free. There is a $250 fine + tax if a guest smokes anywhere on property other than the designated smoking area.
Pet Policy
Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa is a pet-friendly resort. Guests must have a valid credit card on their reservation. Two (2) pets up to 60 lbs. each may be registered to a room. A non-refundable cleaning fee of $150 is to be paid upon check-in. Additional charges for damage may be imposed, if applicable. No dangerous animals, animals perceived to be threatening, wild animals, or other unusual animals will be allowed. The Resort shall make the final determination of whether a specific pet will be permitted on the premises. If the pet causes damage, barks, makes other noises, or is otherwise a cause of guest complaints, the Resort reserves the right to remove the pet and relocate it to another part of the Resort. The Resort prohibits pets from all of the following areas of the Resort: Pool, Fitness Center, Spa, Retail Shops, Golf Facilities, and any Dining area. The pet must be kept in a pet carrier when Resort associates must be in the room to clean or provide other services and/or if you plan on leaving the pet by itself. The guest will be required to sign a document accepting complete financial responsibility for any damage caused by the pet. Limit of two (2) pets allowed in all room types. Guide dogs for the blind or otherwise disabled are exempt from the pet policy — there is no weight limit or pet fee.

Wellness Policy
Any use of Omni’s fitness centers, Fit Kits, Sleep Kits, or participation in off-site exercise classes or other programs offered by Omni (“Wellness Benefits”) is done at participant’s sole risk. Omni shall not be liable for any injuries, loss, or damage to the participant or participant’s personal property resulting from the use of the Wellness Benefits, regardless of whether it occurs as a result of Omni’s negligence. If the participant chooses to use the Wellness Benefits, the participant hereby expressly waives any claim of liability - for personal/bodily injury or damages - which occurs to the participant or for any loss of or injury to person or property. This waiver is intended to be a complete release of any responsibility for personal injuries and/or property loss/damage sustained by any participant while on Omni’s premises or at off-site exercise classes, whether using exercise equipment or not.
Photography and Videography
Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa prohibits photo shoots without prior approval.
In order to provide a quality experience and privacy for our guests, professional photography and filming on property is limited and requires the following: advance notice, approval of the shoot, payment of location fees prior to the shoot, and proper proof of insurance. Location fees start at $5,000 and vary based on photo and video shoot requirements.

Donation Requests
All donation requests can be submitted via our request form. We cannot accept donation requests by email. View form
Please submit your request at least thirty days before the event date to ensure it is considered for approval. Once a request is submitted, please allow up to thirty days for a decision. We will notify you by email regarding the approval status of your request. Multiple requests for the same event may delay a response.
General
Omni Hotels reserves the right to not allow the open carry of handguns or other weapons on the hotel premises.
