Palm Springs Resort Policies
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in is at 4 PM
Check-out is at 11 AM
You may inquire for earlier check-in or late check-out for added cost; however accommodation is not guaranteed if not reserved at time of booking. Guests must be 18+ years old to check-in. Guests arriving prior to this time may enjoy use of all the resort amenities, including pools, restaurants, spa, fitness and retail outlets. To check-in, guests must present a valid form of identification in addition to a valid credit card with a chip to be authorized for room, tax and incidentals. Credit Cards without a chip, will not be accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations within 3 days by noon will be charged one night's room rate and tax. Should you need to change or cancel your reservation, please have your confirmation number or the credit card number used to reserve the room available for the agent. Cancellation policy subject to change based on package selected and/or holiday periods. If you are within 24 hours of booking and need to cancel a non-refundable rate plan, please call (888)-741-6664.
DAILY RESORT CHARGE
A $45 daily resort charge (subject to change) will be added each night. The daily resort charge includes:
- Access to Splashtopia waterpark & Conchilla Valley Pool
- Premier In-room Wi-Fi
- In-Room coffee & tea
- 2 bottled waters per day in room
- Digital Wall Street Journal
- Local & toll-free calls
- Fitness center
- Golf included 6/1 - 9/30

EARLY CHECK-IN
Check-in begins at 4 PM. If you arrive prior to 4 PM, you may check your luggage with the bell desk and enjoy our restaurants, resort shops and pool areas until your room becomes available.
EARLY DEPARTURE
Early departure from the original scheduled date will result in a fee of one night + taxes. If booked with a minimum night requirement you will be charged the full length of your reservation.

PET POLICY
Omni Rancho Las Palmas is pet friendly in specific buildings. Pets must be less than 50 pounds and a $150 charge per pet, per stay will be applied. Pet-friendly amenity included.
ROOM RATE INFO
If staying multiple nights, the room rate reflects your nightly room rates averaged over the length of your stay.
SMOKING POLICY
All guest rooms are non-smoking. There will be a minimum deep cleaning assessment of $500 associated with smoking in guest rooms and outside the permitted areas. Further occurrences may warrant reservation cancellation and eviction from hotel property.
SCOOTER POLICY
Scooters are not permitted on property for the safety of all guests.
WELLNESS POLICY
Any use of Omni’s fitness centers, Fit Kits, Sleep Kits, or participation in off-site exercise classes or other programs offered by Omni (“Wellness Benefits”) is done at participant’s sole risk. Omni shall not be liable for any injuries, loss, or damage to the participant or participant’s personal property resulting from the use of the Wellness Benefits, regardless of whether it occurs as a result of Omni’s negligence. If the participant chooses to use the Wellness Benefits, the participant hereby expressly waives any claim of liability - for personal/bodily injury or damages - which occurs to the participant or for any loss of or injury to person or property. This waiver is intended to be a complete release of any responsibility for personal injuries and/or property loss/damage sustained by any participant while on Omni’s premises or at off-site exercise classes, whether using exercise equipment or not.
