Bring the beloved and time honored flavors of your family's favorite dish to Omni La Costa Resort & Spa. You’ll share your traditional recipe with renowned Executive Chef Emily Brubaker. Then, she will create a personalized menu centered around your family recipe. You and your guests will enjoy a memorable feast at our inspiring Carlsbad resort, featuring the comforting flavors of home.

Drop the little ones off at our annual PJ Pizza Party, where kids of all ages can wear their favorite pajamas and enjoy Valentine’s-themed games, crafts and make-your-own pizza.

About Kidtopia Kids Club:

Omni La Costa Resort & Spa’s exciting club just for kids, takes children’s resort programs to the next level while stimulating young imaginations. With engaging activities and endless fun, Kidtopia is perfect for children ages 6 months to 12 years. Children who are 3 years and under and are non-bathroom independent are limited to 3 consecutive hours. Please note, Kidtopia is a drop-off day camp only and parents must remain on the resort grounds while their children are enrolled.

Celebrate Independence Day with an unforgettable evening under the stars as we light up the sky with a mesmerizing drone show, choreographed to the sounds of a live band, creating an immersive symphony of lights and sound. Bring your friends and family for a night of patriotic celebration, complete with delicious food and an array of activities.

Experience the art of collaboration at this exclusive dinner series that brings Chef Cameron Dixon together with local guest artisans—chefs, farmers, winemakers, and distillers—to create a unique, multi-course meal for a small gathering. Join us once a month for a night of inspired flavors, expertly paired drinks, and intimate stories behind each dish. With only 30 seats available, this is your chance to taste, connect, and celebrate the culinary craft up close. Event requires tickets.

Celebrate Easter Sunday making family memories at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa. Join us for brunch complete with a decadent spread of culinary delights, made-to-order specialties, a chilled seafood bar and bottomless mimosas along with family-friendly entertainment. Don't miss the city's largest egg hunt of 15,000 eggs, capped off with a special appearance by the Easter Bunny. Buffet reservations are available from 10 AM to 2 PM. Cost is $190 per adult and $75 per child (4-11).

Note: The annual Easter egg hunt is exclusively reserved for overnight resort guests, members and brunch guests.
